With particular emphasis on the logistics industry's extractive power over the region, the book asks who will be left to remember what once was. Using various AI software to expand, erase, and reference original photography as well as quotes about the Inland Empire sourced from OpenAI's ChatGPT, each page imagines a different world at the crossroads.
